Boswell Brothers Paving

They took our money and did not complete the job. The black top in so thin weeds broke through within 6 weeks. They covered the roots of our 50' oak tree and now it is dead and costing $2300 to remove. They are mean and have ever excuse to turn anything you question into an argument. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

HORRIBLE small business with an owner that doesn't care as soon as he gets your check. Repaved our driveway and didnt grade it correctly so now we get water in our garage. Have to leave doors open now when it rains so it won't rot. Left a pile of heavy rocks and tar on the street ouside our house that he keeps saying he'll remove, and never does. Used our job to walk around our neighborhood and get other business while he was supposed to be overseeing our job. Their quote even came in HIGHER than Harris Paving but we went with him because he's a small business. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS! They don't follow up and they don't care. They give other small businesses a bad name. Just go with Harris.

Inferior work. Needs to be fixed so my property isn't damaged. Took three weeks to get a response and when he showed up, he was unprofessional, arrogant and refused to fix the problems he created.

Please stay away. I immediately got an on sight visit. They took my deposit on 8/15. They wouldn't respond to my calls, emails, or texts until 10/12 went I sent them a letter requesting a refund. Dave finally offered a refund on 10/28. Well it is 11/18 and still no refund. Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life.

Dave came out to quote our driveway replacement June of 2019 at $5500 with 5 yr warranty with the first seal coating after the first year. Neighbor said to make sure Mike oversaw the job as his had to be redone due to improper grading with water going in his garage and it was a hassle to get them back to do it. No kidding. It's been almost 2 years and they have not sealed the driveway. I called them over 15 times and more than 30 text messages with very little response and when they did they said it was going to rain or be too cold, so in 20 months, they found only one day to come out when I was not home and they said they couldn't do it because my trailer was in the driveway. They didn't call ahead and say when they were coming, so an hour later I moved the trailer and called them back, they were too busy after that and didn't return 5 more calls and voice messages I left. They called me right after leaving this review, but when I called back the voicemail again was full with no answer. Dave did call me again and came out promising to fix the issues. He said that with COVID19 about 2/3 his work force is still sitting home getting paid not to work. The other help he has to pay more than before, so I do understand the struggles of small businesses. Communication is key though especially with previous customer's reaching out. I should not have had to leave a poor review to get an immediate response.

Can't believe I'm gonna write a review, but the other members are right. These guys just don't call you back. Called on two occasions and the woman was very kind, but I haven't received a call back in a month.

Don't waste your time. Look elsewhere.

Better options out there. Don't stand behind their shoddy work. Rude and obnoxious to deal with.

I read some of these other reviews and I can hardly believe they are complaining about no call back?? Boswell Brothers Just completed a large job for me and did spectacular work. They were on time, answered phone calls, gave a fair price, and best of all showed up and did a great job. Every concern I had and every detail was addressed. We love our new driveway and appreciate the Boswell brothers who made it reality. And they really are brothers, working side-by-side with their excellent team to satisfy the customers who give them the opportunity. Thank you Mike and Dave.

Boswell Brothers Paving did my driveway at the beginning of this season. They were prompt with scheduling and coming out to give me an estimate, came out when they scheduled too, and did a great job as far as the look of the driveway. The crew was very friendly and made sure everything was cleaned up after the job was complete!

Boswell Brothers Paving did my driveway in April 2018 as they were going door to door in our neighborhood offering a good deal. I needed a new driveway along with an extension to my fence to park. They were much cheaper than other quotes and did come out quickly. That was the good, the bad they chipped my cement going into my garage, left a mess and did come back to clean up by my neighbor didn't want to wait. I noticed last year water pooling in the new driveway extension and multiple calls, texts and emails no response. Lady on phone was nice but said she would pass on a the message and one time did respond that someone would come out at 8 am on Saturday and nobody showed up. I would not recommend them and as per my contract, I have to decide if it is worth going to small claims court to get the driveway fixed. Alerting all my neighbors through other social media. Will update this review if they just come and fix the driveway and do it right.
